Can anyone tell me how to remagnetize if that's the correct word. I have some magnets which hold on the fire surrounds and they weaken every couple of months. Just wnt to get them to stick harder if u get my drift
I`m not very knowledgable on the subject AJ but I think I recall my brothers used to have big magnets like a horse shoe and they used it in some way to make wee magnets . is that any help.
hi annual junkie If you can get hold of a stronger magnet (like a horse shoe shaped one like ladybird squirrel suggests) then connect the strong magnet and the weak magnet together on one end (in the natural way they attract - north to south) and rub together in one direction.
Then do the same for the other end of the magnets. This should strengthen the weaker magnet.
So that's where I was going wrong, I need to get a gooden, I was rubbing 2 weak one together
