Can anyone tell me how to remagnetize if that's the correct word. I have some magnets which hold on the fire surrounds and they weaken every couple of months. Just wnt to get them to stick harder if u get my drift

I`m not very knowledgable on the subject AJ but I think I recall my brothers used to have big magnets like a horse shoe and they used it in some way to make wee magnets . is that any help.

If you can get hold of a stronger magnet (like a horse shoe shaped one like ladybird squirrel suggests) then connect the strong magnet and the weak magnet together on one end (in the natural way they attract - north to south) and rub together in one direction.

Then do the same for the other end of the magnets. This should strengthen the weaker magnet.

Hope this makes sense

So that's where I was going wrong, I need to get a gooden, I was rubbing 2 weak one together
