enjoyed last nights episode, I'm very interested in seeing the container veg growing, looks like square foot gardening on a small scale. I'm hoping it will give me ideas on what to grow

I enjoyed it too. CK's section on propogating lilies prompted me to repot my martagon lily this morning. It has been in the same pot for three years. I have split it up by taking out one of the bulbs and planting it in the garden and taken the smaller bulbils and put them in a separate pot to grow on.

Yes it is Les (http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b006mw1h)

I've just watched the last two, I do like CK's bit on propogating, I'm trying them all .

I got one of Carol's half sized Trugs for my Birthday, they are so useful.

Encouraging wildlife in Devon.

I just watched it and couldn't believe that the Camellia which was cut right down would grow again until we were shown an example. They seem to all grow that big in Victoria. They were just beautiful on GW.

I missed Carol and Alys but the barmaid did have qualities that reminded me of Nell Gwyn, fortunately or unfortunately as the case may be, she didn't have to bend down too much.

I only saw the last 5 minutes last night...but Toby's voice was droning on and on about repotting a camelia, that I fell asleep... I'll try and stay awake long enough tonight to watch it on Iplayer

I watched it last night and thought it was ok, I wondered why a plant tries to put it's roots anywhere but in the hole when potting on

Im interested in the container veg too - and the magazine had a great new series on this too

I think a valid point has been raised about 'the boots'during the summer months, perhaps toby has another special pair in his dressing room - perhaps gladiator sandals with straps up to the knees?

By the way - I thought that the tomato seedlings were a little on the 'weedy side' did anyone else think this?
